They did not show up on the day of my scheduled moving help. There was no communication, and when Byron finally communicated that he wasn’t coming and needed to cancel and reschedule, it wasn’t until that evening. I therefore was stuck in an empty apartment sleeping on the floor. When they showed up the next day, they were very careless in moving items and dropped a box full of glassware. They tried to hide the fact that they dropped it and ended up breaking numerous glasses. They did not even offer an apology. Overall, it felt like everything was an inconvenience to them and they were rude. I would not recommend.
