The communication regarding the overpacking of the Uboxes was frustrating from the start. I was persuaded to add two more Uboxes to my order, which resulted in an additional charge of eight hours for packing and wrapping my furniture in blankets. However, the reality is that most of my furniture was not wrapped at all, despite the wrapping being included in my initial payment. As a result, nearly all of my furniture arrived damaged or broken. The extra boxes I paid for to protect my kitchen items were poorly handled; my dishes and platters were simply tossed in without any packing paper, and many were ruined because the boxes weren’t even properly taped. The movers at my destination informed me that most of the Uboxes were severely underpacked, indicating that the company was likely trying to upsell for additional revenue. This has turned my move into an expensive ordeal, and now I face the hassle of filing insurance claims and spending time repairing or replacing my belongings. Ov
