  • The guys were really nice. But it took 30 minutes for them to bring my washer and dryer up from my basement. Seemed like they didn’t know how to strap it on the appliances dolly. Had to help bring boxes up which if I didn’t, then they would have left before unloading the truck. We did have that much stuff, so we were a bit disappointed on what got done in 3 hours.

    Hi Everyone, we do try to help all customers, but sometimes conditions can be so unsanitary that we either might have to leave or take a little extra time cleaning before we move or even touch items. This job was unsanitary with the overwhelming presence of cat urine, feces and hair. It took some extra effort just to be able to move many of the items.
