  • The guys who came called the day before trying to take the unload job as well. I’m glad I refused and stuck with original unload company. These guys were slow moving and despite me stating my primary concern was the big, heavy things they tried to not move the biggest piece of furniture I had because they were at their 2 hrs even though 20 min were spent cleaning up a mess they made accidentally dumping a crate.

    Im sorry we took longer than expected. As we mentioned when we first arrived we werent aware of the infestation problem. We did our best to get the big heavy items out the way besides having cockroaches crawling on us. Every job we get we always do our best and customer satisfaction is what we want
