Joe was the absolute best! U-Haul's system crashed yesterday and he ended up waiting around for 3 hours with us while they were trying to figure it out. Both Joe and Mia were incredibly helpful and flexible with rescheduling to this morning. Joe and my dad packed up my U-Boxes and it could not have been a better experience!
