  • They were over a hour late to the scheduled appointment and didn’t handle my furniture with care. Several items as well as the home were damaged. Some bookshelves arrived with the shelves broken. The holding pegs are snapped and missing. The couch was also damaged with the back rest holders, and sectional connectors bent. When they were carrying a desk upstairs, they damaged the wall as well as handled it in such a way that the desk’s top has stripped screws that no longer hold to the desk’s frame securely. When placing items in the tile floor living room, some items were put down hard enough that the tile is now cracked where things landed. I recommend booking someone else instead if possible.
