• 10 AM start time. A week prior advised of possible delay. New start - late morning early afternoon. Agreed. Actual start - SHORTLY AFTER 5 PM. Unacceptable. Unload was COMPLETED BY 7 PM. Richard - Moving Help should have never accepted my job request. Was told - moving equipment to be provided. NONE provided. Workers dropped off. Presumption made that I would provide taxi service for the workers during - after the move. Richard left. Very Awkward. At unload - workers were content to drop ALL of the large items into the living room. Thankfully, the woman inside the apartment was insistent that the mattresses go in the bedroom, and so on. Thanks to that woman, the unload was properly 'sorted.' UHaul truck was returned LATE to a CLOSED facility. I had used The Moving Company in the past. NEVER AGAIN! Richard presents with a positive attitude, and that is truly inviting. He and his help were great in that previous move. This last move with Richard has opened my eyes .... 'nough said.

Also the same reason we have 100 five star reviews in a row to all who read, just know not everyone can be pleased in the middle of the busiest moving season.
