• We hired two movers for what should have been a straightforward job, moving a small amount of furniture that should’ve taken around two hours. One of the movers even estimated it would take only an hour and a half when he arrived. Unfortunately, the experience was frustrating from the very beginning. First, they showed up seven hours later than planned, throwing off our schedule for the day. Then, once they arrived, the job moved slowly. After two full hours, barely any furniture had been brought into the house. One of the movers was found sitting in his car multiple times during that period, not working. We had to ask them several times just to focus on getting the heavy items inside. After two hours, they asked if we wanted to extend the time despite the fact that nearly half the truck was still unpacked. We called their supervisor to express our concerns. He told us he’d call back shortly but never did. To be fair, one of the movers was friendly which was appreciated.
