• There was little to no communication from this company. A 10am appointment ended up being 130pm with very little information as to what was happening. My calls were not answered either. But when they decided to call me, it was always a different number and different person. This company wasted my day and had me super late for an appointment which the other person got pissed and left the location. They only get 4 stars for professionalism because of the guys who eventually showed up, Tommy and Joe. They were respectful, patient and helpful. But the company itself sucks. If anybody is wondering, I'm considering not using them again.

• They were hard working. Had to move items down two flights of stairs and they did it.

• I was moving from a different state with a time change. I had to call twice to change the time that we were going to arrive at the storage location. My call was returned and they made the adjustments. I had a lot of stuff and had to get additional storage. One of the guys made a comment to the other mover, that their was still a lot of shit still left to put in storage. I don't know if he know I heard him. They worked hard and I understand it was a lot and it was very HOT. They even followed me to a family members home to put stuff in her attic. I had to pay for an additional hour, but when it was all over, I was very appreciative.
