• Had help reserved for 9am on 10-11-24; no call, no show. When I called to see where they were, I was informed that there was nobody available and would not be until the next day. After I expressed my complete disapproval, I was told maybe I could get some help at 3pm and if sooner she ,Sonia, would let me know. 12 30pm I received a phone call stating she found some help for me and brought me 3 people instead of two that I had ordered so she did try to make things right. On the other hand the 3 young men were green as they come; very minimal experience but eager to learn. They forgot boxes in my cubby and a wooden desktop. It would have been nice if at least one had some experience for what I had to pay! Also when I walked up to Sonia's car to give her the payment code, when she rolled the window down, an extremely strong odor of Marijuana was present.

  Sorry you had such a bad experience even after i went out of my way to accommodate you and for 60 dollars an hour with your stuff not being fully ready to move and the horrible smell of dog and cat feces and the amount of hair that stayed on there cloths i think they did a great job if you ask me not to mention you kept adding stuff cause i asked you several times if that was all the belonging and you assured me that it was so sorry if any of the extra stuff you added on at last moment got left behind but i tried my best to accommodate you!!!!
