  • Father and son team was professional but stayed for a very short time. It seemed as though the son was on his phone a lot, not sure if he was trying to take photos. Had to rearrange items that they placed in the moving box for better placement, and they didn't use the moving sheets-pads on the dressers and such. But they were friendly. No tip for two hours of work due to the Father having to get to his real job.

    Hey Matthew, I'm really sorry that you weren't satisfied with our services. Perhaps next time you hire movers, you will be ready for them so that we aren't standing around waiting for you to pack. I was not even obligated to stay and help you guys because you were not ready to be moved. You had barely anything packed when we showed up. Your house was filthy and your floors were covered in dog poop and the stench was unbearable. But, out of the goodness of our hearts and seeing how frantic you two were, on the last day you had to evict your apartment, we did everything we could to help you. I'm sorry that your standards for movers are much higher than your own standards of living. And when movers have to stand and wait for you to clear 2 feet of trash off of everything you own so they can move it, of course they would rather look at their phone. You got 2 hours more out of us than ANY mover would have given you. You're welcome.

  • We had hired Maids of Honor to unload our moving truck and they did amazing. They quickly got through unloading and were friendly, it made the moving process so much easier as they also showed up early and went right to getting things unloaded.
