• Never again - My experience with the man in charge was extremely aggressive to the point I felt uncomfortable having him in my home. He was unprofessional as it appeared he did not know how to properly move furniture - my King size headboard was left in my living room because he said it could not fit up the stairs due to the size. (I had a friend help carry the bed up the stairs which they did by maneuvering the headboard a different direction.) He did not want to make the effort. He complained several times throughout the move how heavy the furniture was (?). When I tried to make suggestions about ways to move the furniture (as they appeared inexperienced), he got verbally aggressive and disrespectful. That disrespect was present the entire move. I am the paying customer - customers should never be treated in this manner, especially a woman alone in her home. I do NOT recommend using this moving company.

• Movers were great! Handled all of our furniture well and got us loaded very timely!

• Guys did good work and easily unloaded all of my stuff and moved to the apartment. Overall they did great work!
