• The company itself was hard to get ahold of to confirm the booking. The movers arrived on time and were great during the move and got the job completed within the timeframe booked. They communicated well and moved fast. The only negative I have is the movers broke the seal on the moving pads in the U-haul for purchase without my permission. I had advised them not to break the seal and to not use the U-Haul moving pads as I had supplies available but they did it anyway and I did not notice until after the movers left due to the truck already being closed up.

• The duo was right on schedule, following the arrival instructions I provided to a tee. As soon as they entered they asked what I'd like to start with and jumped right into work. I mistakenly got a truck smaller than what I needed but they worked hard to ensure all of my boxes and furniture fit inside. They kept working until I was satisfied with the job, even running over a few minutes with no issues to finish the job. The team followed instructions perfectly, worked fast, handled my property with care, and got the job done on time with kindness and patience. 10 out of 10. Would use this team again!
