  • The most critical piece of furniture I ordered movers for was broken. I was there as the entire weight of the unit was placed sideways on one leg which snapped it off. They were 1.5 hours late for a 7am scheduled unload time. Updated ETA was only given after 40 minutes waiting. The updated ETA was incorrect by 30 minutes. They did poorly in all critical areas that determine mover help quality. Communication, scheduling, and not breaking things. AVOID
