  • Kahdesha and Tone (Antonio) were very respectful, kind, and considerate. They did everything they could to help me. They did not give up when I was ready to due to a couch not fitting. They were amazing and I would absolutely hire them again.

  • More like wrong choice movers. The movers were THREE HOURS late. They changed the time four times and three of those times I had to call them to find out what was going on, including the first time when they didn't show up at the agreed upon time. The girl I was talking to also was giggling when I was talking about how inconvenient this was for me and even hung up on me. When i asked for some money back they said they couldn't do that because Uhaul already takes a big cut for them--so they want me to be sympathetic when a company screws them over but they have no problem screwing their customers over. I understand that moves go longer than expected and cause delays for subsequent moves (which is what happened), but they didn't communicate that with me. Initially, the move itself was good. But then later I found a broken drawer they never told me about (could've been from me driving the truck but they never told me this). PLEASE DON'T HIRE THESE MOVERS THEY SUCK!
