• I booked these movers for Friday 5-16 on 5-9. The entire week they texted me trying to alter my appointment. They then texted and said they aren’t available until after 4pm during weekdays. I confirmed after 4pm Friday was fine. I then received a text 40 mins before their intended arrival on moving day that they couldn’t come because of an ‘’emergency’’. Rescheduled for the following morning. They said we could get an extra hour for the inconvenience but I heard them complaining during the job. I am big on professionalism & this was one of the most frustrating services I’ve ever booked. We had to help them move everything.

  As communicated in advance, our team is only available for moves on weekends due to our scheduling constraints until June. You acknowledged and agreed to this arrangement prior to the scheduled move. Upon arrival, we were met with several unexpected and challenging circumstances. The move was not prepared in any capacity. Furniture was not cleared, clothing and personal items were still on sofas and dressers, and the hallways were obstructed with bags and other belongings. upon arriving at your new residence, you requested that our movers remove their shoes while transporting heavy furniture up multiple flights of stairs. This request presents a serious safety hazard, as it increases the risk of injury, something we simply cannot allow for the well-being of our team.
