• I was really happy to work with this company for my move. When my U Box arrived 4 days earlier than anticipated they accommodated my request to move up my services so I could sleep on real furniture. There was excellent communication and I felt that they were a very reliable service. I would recommend this service!

• The communication was an issue from the minute I booked. I received about 4 calls over the few weeks prior to my move, constantly getting asked to change the time I booked for. The time was available to book, therefore I didn’t understand why I kept being asked. I was told the movers would arrive with a dolly which they did not, making the move incredibly more difficult and slow. I had to add additional time because of this and pay out of pocket, and was only given an extra 25 minutes of labour because of this. To top it all off, they ripped a hole in our brand new mattress which was protected, and when I sent a photo to the manager I was speaking with - I’ve had no response. This was almost a week ago now. TERRIBLE communication and very poor customer service. I would not at all recommend this company.
