• They charged one price for 2 uboxes to deliver and load. When I needed 2 more They went about 3-4 miles to pick them up and finished packing and charged the same eventhough they traveled 2 hrs to come to my house initially. Most movers charge a reduced rate when more time is needed to complete a job. Communication was poor as to arrival time. One person I communicated with told me that the movers did not pick up boxes to bring to house, but when booked that was part of the package. Later, another person relented that picking up the boxes was included. Lots of confusion. Charging the same for hours over need to be addressed.

  Our team successfully completed the move and the customer was very happy especially since her original movers had canceled. She initially booked two boxes but upon arrival it was clear she needed two additional boxes due to the volume of furniture. We're glad we could accommodate her needs and ensure a smooth moving experience. We take our ratings seriously and always aim to provide excellent service. Please note that Uboxes services are charged at a flat rate, so we do not control the pricing structure related to hourly billing.
