Overall did a meh job. Requested a required $75 tip for 2 flights of stairs which was fine but then they just dropped everything down the stairs using the dolly without lifting anything. They were really rough with things labeled fragile and broke one drawer, surprised more didn’t break. Somewhat rude during communication as well

Arrived a few minutes late, but all service was good. We paid for minimum 2 hours, work time was 1 and 15 minutes, so that is what we consider the tip.
