They did not fully unload everything in the van and instead left early. I had to unload the rest myself because they did not want to continue helping. They also damaged some of my things.

Our team showed up at 8 40 am. Unfortunately you were 20 minutes late. Your door was locked on the off load address and you did not protect none of your furniture pieces. You booked us last minute. So our team had to rush for the next job sorry for the inconvenience but we tried our best to help.
