The pickup process needs improvement, I would have preferred to know in advance this location offered only mobile pickup. Rather than having to contact customer service to find this information and download the uhaul app in the parking lot of the pickup location. Also, it would be helpful to choose locations with decent cell service if the only option is mobile pickup. It took about 15 minutes to go through the mobile pickup process due to the app’s slow load speeds. The UX on the app could also be improved upon; completing tasks such as uploading a driver’s license should have the option to complete beforehand. I arrived on time for the scheduled 9:00am pickup but was not able to leave with a truck until 9:30 am due to the above.

Viviana CRequested to handle business at counter when ordered. The doors were locked and no one was even at this location. Thankfully a nice person helped me over the phone with uhual corporate to figure out how to get in the truck. I will never use this location again.
