Couldn’t complete the process well because of WiFi
Jessica RAbysmal. Truck battery died 3x each time it needed a jump. Gas was on empty and the oil cap was left off under the hood. These renters are bad at communicating and appear to be on drugs
STEPHANIE SI do have a complaint. I ordered the 8 ft trailer April 3 because I had very little left to finsalize my move. So soon after I was notified to pick the trailer up at a different location. So April I went to that location only to find the employee that I ordered the 8 ft trailer said they received an order for a 12’ trailer. There were 8’ trailers on the lot but I was told I had to take the 12 ft. Being short on time I was not able to drive across town to get a 8’ trailer.Therefore I was out a few hundred dollars more. I do not feel this was fairly handled and I had just spent over $2000 on a 26’ truck. I doubt very much if I’m compensated for their mistake but it did leave a sour taste in my mouth. Your response would be appreciated. Glenn Harding
GLENN HApparently truck was going back in servicre as soon as we brought it in. Pretty "rush" job.
