I made the reservation over the phone and online. Double checked and triple checked it was available and location was correct due to being Easter then we had to go to multiple locations to get a truck. Not happy

TIFFANY PNot have to do everything twice. I entered my payment information when booking the reservation then had to enter my payment information again when picking up the truck. I pre-register my driver’s license and then had to do it again when picking up the truck. Also, my pickup location was changed after booking because of lack of availability, which I find it frustrating that I was able to pick the first location when a truck was not actually available.
