Large portions of my payments were made in Preson, however, when I did supply credit card information I SPECIFICALLY ASKED NOT TO KEEP CC ON FILE. This request has been ignored for the last months. I would strongly suggest someone work with the administration of payments.

ted e | First ImpressionsIt was hard for me to have my things put in storage in the first place. The yet was not well protected from rodents and I had to trash a large amount of things. The hours were rated low and the staff were rated low because I moved to a different time zone. They were not helpful with updating my information and I was some locked or able to do it myself. When calling and asking for assistance, it was a waste of time. And this location just management so much that I’m glad I no longer have to deal with them.
