I’ve used other storage facilities from different brands in the past, and both times I had terrible experiences. One facility left my belongings with water and mold damage, and another was so rat‑infested that my property ended up covered in urine and feces. After experiencing U‑Haul Addison, I finally feel confident that there are good storage facilities out there. Before this, I was skeptical because my first two experiences were nightmares. So, thank you!
