The people are friendly, which makes it easier for them to rob us. I have used UHAUL numerous times. It is always terrible. This is by far the worst experience because I stupidly had faith that they would be honest with me this time.

Again, no problems.

It would be nice if UHaul could offer rental electrical connection adapters/extenders to accompany trailers. It was frustrating to have to purchase my own for a one time use.

Rear wheels sheared off axle after being cleared as safe the night before. I had them examined because of smoke and burning smell on same location that then sheared off and was 150 feet from where I brought truck to stop. Axle part still attached to wheels that bounced over traffic landing in grassy area parallel to roadway.

Sent me out with a trailer that had known damage (spots marked with "x" stickers. Resulted in a dangerous blow out in heavy traffic.

Employee at pick-up location was rude and not helpful at all.I was charged an increase for mileage and was not advised of this at pick-up location.I specifically asked if there was a fee for mileage and the rude gentelman said no! Drop off was nice, polite and would recommend again.

I would recommend this location, but not uhaul in general. I made a reservation for a truck in Lawrenceburg, and got a confirmation of such. I was then told at the last minute that there wasn't a truck available, so had to pick up in Frankfort, though that added mileage and inconvenience. I was then told I would get a 20 mile allowance against my final bill, which didn't happen, so the only redeeming thing about the experience was the courtesy and good business sense shown at Southern Rides.

I have a major issue with the amount I was charged for gas! I drove the truck 7 miles and was charged for 1/8 tank of gas! The needle never moved from when I first picked the truck up as I barely left the parking lot of the uhaul location! It was on 7/8 when I picked it up (which is extremely debatable as there is no actual line) and my final bill said I drove 7 miles and the gas went all the way down to 3/4. That is not even mathematically possible! At that rate I would have only made it 56 miles on a full tank!!!!! I want my money back! To improve the trucks at a gas amount that at least has a line on the gas gauge so that it is more clear as to where the needle is!
