Truck was dirty -not clean inside prior to my pickup even though i was instructed to bring back clean Also my requested pickup point was not available so hD to drive 30 minutes out of way to the Frankfort location. I did not realize this change until the day before.

Great service that start to finish
robert tIt appeared to be a parking lot where cats that would be worked on were parked. My wife mentioned that it we dropped it off in the kiddie if the night there that she would be very concerned
DANA CI paid for an appliance dolly, however there wasn’t one in the truck.
Ronnie BLocation operator was very nice and helpful but the trailer leaked all over everything during rain. Will seek other options next time
