How U-Haul Reviews WorkAfter contract made, u haul changed the return location to a longer distance from several locations within a short distance of my destination. When talking to them they were not cooperative and stated they couldn’t take it back. We did contact the dealership on Rentals road that was nice and had no problem receiving the truck.
DENNIS SThe truck was fine. The location was pretty junky. Stuff piled everywhere. Someone is living in your office. Dogs barking continuously.
BRUCE BAwesome customer service. Would definitely come back.
Armando HGreat customer service! Will go above and beyond to help find what you are needing even if they do not have the equipment onsite. Very busy location and will use again!
