I got a truck with pretty squeaky brakes. It made me a bit nervous. I didn't have trouble stopping but it just made me nervous. Maybe that's normal for those big trucks but I wasn't used to that.

Get your u haul app where it works properly, good idea, but.... Everything went fine until the very end, it uploaded pictures, it did everything but when I went to do the final page it would never let me complete it.

There were tears in the seat and dents in the vehicle when I picked it up. It took me calling the toll free number to get ahold of them and they did not call and confirm my reservation the day before the pick up date. The website kept crashing on me when I was trying to return the truck so I had to call the toll free number again to check the vehicle in. Overall, this was the least desirable experience I have had with U-Haul and I am a frequent user.

Location needs clear outlined parking spots for trucks-equipment. someone brought back a truck and double parked right in the middle of where two trucks would have fit. With the limited parking there is only so many spots luckily I was able to squeeze my truck in next to the dumpster.

It is an old gas station, it could use some TLC. The person I delt with was excellent, he parked the trailer for me and disconnected it himself. Couldn't ask for a better person to be there!

Clean the trucks... wash the moving pads occasionally at least. Do at least some basic inspection (this truck had a steering problem)

Small auto repair shop. The lady did the paperwork quickly and was friendly. The man working in the shop had to help me lift the trailer on to my truck, he also helped me unhook when I brought it back. They provided very good service and I would recommend them.
