This was the only location in Central KY with a truck greater than or equal to 20 feet. The rep on the phone told us we would have an appliance dolly in the truck. The dolly wasn't there. Saturday is a busy moving day but no one was staffing the location and I had to use the app to check in and check out. We called the 1800 back and we were told to stop by the Marchant Dr location in Lexington to pick up a dolly. When I arrived in Frankfort the in app directions to the truck were poor and when returning the truck, the app crashed three separate times. I submitted the photos of the returned truck but the photos would not upload. I ended up not being able to complete the checkout process and dropping the keys off in the drop box. The Merchant Dr location did not have a dolly. So we had to move very heavy equipment without a dolly and still paid for it. Very frustrating experience overall.
