Office was in transition of remodeling but was still decent. It has a light odor from the animals that reside there. If a customer is allergic to pets, I wouldn't recommend this location without disclosing that information first.

Door on trailer was improperly repaired and would not open well. Had pre checked in but it still took 45 minutes to get contract and equipment. No help in getting trailer hooked up. There was drywall dust and dirt in trailer from previous user.

The truck I rented was unsafe to drive. The engine would rev by itself to over 4000 rpms when shifting to drive and park at times. Twice when I put it in Drive the engine would rev to over 4000 rpms and the brake would not hold it. You had to shut it off to derev the engine. I advised the local shop of that when I turned it in.

The process was new to the location. It took 50 minutes to process the paperwork rent the truck. The check engine light came on as soon as I started driving the truck and the check gas cap light was on when I rented it and stayed on the whole time.
