Great customer service! Will go above and beyond to help find what you are needing even if they do not have the equipment onsite. Very busy location and will use again!

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe clerk openly admitted that the truck had not been cleaned or even looked at properly. How could they verify the truck even worked.
Linda DDrop off was quick, no human interaction.
Kris CThe manager at this location was outstanding. She always answered the phone, was helpful and always gave clear answers and was very efficient and helping me with the rental. I hate to say it but the other U-Haul location in Frankfort never answers phone.
Sara EThe owner was rude. He did not check the truck in upon return. We received the confirmation two says later. Although the gas was filled to the same amount as when rented we were charged extra mileage. Two miles, I believe... Odd. We chose this location because of proximity to our destination.
