We were overcharged for 124 miles that we did not drive. Our move was less than 15 mi total. After being insulted by one employee, another employee who handled our check-in admitted there must have been an error with the odometer reading but said they were unable to reverse the payment. Our contact information was taken and we were told that we would be refunded the $120+ dollars that we were erroneously charged but we have not heard a word since. No one seems to be able to resolve the error and we were told by the 3rd person I spoke with today that this review was the only way to resolve the error. Please contact ASAP. Thank you. only complaint - the dolly was not functional, the plastic around the axle had cracked, so the wheel would wobble, rubbing the dolly frame and not turn. Did not find this out until I got home and was ready to use it

No, when I walked in there was an employee there by the name of Ron. He was talking on his cellular phone and I waited for approximately 5 minutes before I was greeted with "you need help sir". As he asked for my drivers license, he continued to talk on the cellular phone during almost the entire transaction. The amount online was 38 and the amount that popped up on the screen was $80 so I asked and instead of explaining the Policy of $80 being charged and a credit is given of the difference, his response was "There is a $80 deposit on all equipment. I hope to never have to use this particular uhaul again. I have used uhaul to move several times in the past and have never experience anything like this before. Ron probably could benefit from a course in customer service or the basics of "how to greet a customer by just saying good morning or whatever based on time of day.

Have more staff early on busy days, temp staff even. My 9 am rental wasn't ready until 930 due to a line of only 5 people (I was 3rd). Headlight and turn signal was out on my truck prior to rental, it appeared to me that because I got the Safe Move insurance the location can use the insurance to file a claim to replace the lights; not the best way to maintain your fleet. When I dropped it off 25 mins late I was told there may be a late fee despite waiting from 8:45 AM till 9:30 AM in line to get my truck, which was reservered a month prior for pick up at 9 AM. Personally I think if you delay my pickup 30 mins I should get 30 extra minutes on the back end. No additional charges were applied, but it was a hassle to hear about all the potential nickel and diming. Staff was polite but not at all engaged in the work and somewhat gloomy; also not the best way to start a day of moving. All in all about what I expected from this company and this location. I would advise not getting your truck at opening time.

Rodney was completely polite and very professional. Answered all my questions and was so courteous towards my mother and myself. I will highly recommend this location to my friends. Rodney keep up the attitude. :) Y.D. Glad the idiot from the Shallowford location gave me a nasty attitude and made me come to this location!!

Upon pickup the associate was in a rush to catch the news on television that he did not walk through any of the inspections with me. Though still polite I did feel as though I was an inconvenience to the flow of his day. The morning after I received a call in regards to payment and the young lady had an attitude. I just feel that if you work in retail there's no need to bring your personal frustration to work.

Directions to get t o the location were very confusing, and there were not enough parking spots. Other than those two things, my experience at this location was great. Staff were very helpful and the facility was clean and inviting.

I would recommend this location as long as an after hours return wasn't needed. Charging extra to return the vehicle after 7pm due to the layout of your storage units seems odd to me.

Do not charge customers an extra rental period when contract states vehicle is to be returned after store is closed. I returned van at 6am...Long before store opened. That extra charge would stop me from using u haul if my money is not refunded!

The pick-up facility was excellent. I had an issue where my reservation was cancelled instead of my reservation time being moved. Unfortunately I didn't get my truck at the time I wanted so the agent at the U-Haul facility was able to help me and schedule a new reservation.

The manager at this place was so rude and unhelpful. I was told at my initial location uhaul would help me dettaching the auto transport but I arrived here and after waiting for half an hour I was told I had to do it myself and was handed a manual. I had to ask help somebody else since I am a girl and did not have the strenght to do any of that. Very very unhelful and rude. There was another worker Jermaine who was really nice but the manager wouldnt let him help me. The experience was so bad that I decided to return the rest of my rental (truck and blankets) at another location. Dont come to this uhaul!!! Worst customer service ever!

Have your employees not threaten to call the police cause a card declined..they stated we went over the mileage which we did not, and we were charged for gas when the truck was brought back on full...I'll never go to this location again. Great job

Location very difficult to find. Put signing on Clairmont road directing people to location.Only signing visible from Interstate with no markings for finding location after exit and GPS directs to a Shopping Plaza in the opposite direction of the actual location. Calling for directions was little help. When arrived and asked for assistance in unloading car from tow dolly to return dolly was told there would be a $50 charge to help despite being told at pickup location that assistance could be provided. After some conversation about my displeasure I unloaded myself with exception of some help with a strap that I could not get to release.

We were given the wrong size truck (too small), when we called back to inform the store that the we were given the wrong size the employee was not helpful and gave us the runaround. He seemed as though he simply did not want to be there. We ended up having to keep the small truck, search frantically for people to help move again, and move for 2 days with multiple trips. And yes, uhaul billed us for both days and every mile! Will not use them again.

This was a very positive moving experience. When I picked up the truck, the guys greeted me immediately to check me out. When I returned the truck, the U-Haul rep came out to meet me to check out before I was out of the vehicle. He asked about whether everything went well and listened to my responses. I hired a moving company before and was disappointed. U-Haul worked out beautifully. I will definitely use U-Haul again.
