Put signs on the road to show where to turn to get there from Clairmont Road. I missed the turn because the location is not visible from the road.

Great customer service, however i made a rervation online on a Sunday for one location and the site said it was confirmed, however I ended up having to go to another location. No problem at all, but I was never contacted by anyone saying I was to go to another location at a different time!! Luckily I called the morning of to confirm and found all this out. Customer service was able to get my time moved earlier, but it was not a convenient process.

Bad service the guy on duty was unhelpful and rude. Did not explain anything. There was only 1 person on duty and too many customers to handle. So even though I checked in and prebooked, it still took too long to rent and return the truck

i had to encounter the incompetent staff and management at this uhaul location twice, once to rent and fill up my u boxes and once to take them out. Each time I was given a huge run around, and the staff was incredibly rude. The manager, Ron did not even address me although I was standing right there, and told his employee "she doesn't have a reservation". When I corrected him and said yessir, I do and presented him with my reservation number, he not only looked me in the eye and told me that "just because you have a reservation number doesn't mean you have a reservation" (ha!), he also told me I had a nasty attitude and that he was going to get an attitude too. Well, too late for that. He had a terrible attitude and rude demeanor both times I dealt with them. I made my reservation to get my u boxes at 7 in the morning, and when I got there at 3 they were still in the very back of the facility. I had to wait 45 minutes. My first time there trying to pick up the u boxes was worse. I was sent by the call center to the wrong location, and when I arrived at the correct location they refused to help me because they wanted to close. The staff person lied right to my face. She said no one else was there to get the boxes out and I would have to wait. I could SEE two men in uhaul uniforms. I am absolutely disgusted. Further, they charged me for gas even though I put gas in the truck I rented before returning it. The service was abhorrent and I have never been treated so poorly or felt so disrespected by anyone in any service industry. The call center is also incompetent because twice I have made reservations, checking and double checking that my reservations were for the right location, and both times I was told that the clairmont location could not fulfil what I had reserved. I received no apology, and no explanation for why I was told one thing and given another. This is the most miserable moving and storage experience I have ever had. I will never be using uhaul services again. I suggest you close check the Google reviews for the clairmont location because I'm not the only one who feels this way.

I do want to mention that I rented two vans, The first van was processed and the billing closed out correctly. On the other van I received an over charge.I was charged for two day rental and two days insurance, when I had only rented the van for one day, just like the other one. I couldn't find a phone number to call Clairmont directly, I tried to call the number I thought was them, but it kept going into the Uhaul business center answer service not the location directly. I called another location where I rent Uhaul trucks frequently to get a direct phone number to Clairmont. and then called them. It rang through, but I was on hold waiting for quit a while. Finally a man answered the phone, and he sounded like he was at Clairmont from the way he was speaking me. Clever guy really, but then he said he couldn't help me with my issue. He explained he was somewhere in the midwest. He suggested I go by the location and they would take care of the issue while I was there, that it was an easy fix for them credit my account. No happy at all, I got in my car and drove by there after I finished work. it was 6:00 there abouts. When I arrived at Clairmont there was a lady at the counter who had an overcharge on her truck for a dolly that she didn't get and the attendant told her the manager would have to help her becuase he couldn't get into that particular module in the system. Politely he turn to me, then what I needed, and he immediately told me that the manager would have to help me also. He then went to speak to his manager, who he said was unloading a truck of boxes. He returned and by this time he had a coworker with him. He discussed the sitatuion with his coworker and explained to us that the manager had given him instructions how to correct the issue of the overcharges. We both waited while he and his cooworker tried their best to take care of the issues at hand. The attendant was very polite, but was unable to assist. He ended up saying, that the manager is going to be tied up for a while, and the he didn't want to hold us up any longer. He explained the manager could make the changes and we'd see the credits on our accounts, as it would show up in our email just as the receipts had done initially. I am still waiting for the receipt hoping that the manage has taken care of the issue and that somehow it just hasn't shown up in my email yet. I'd very much like to get this resolved, if it hasn't been take of yet... My name is James White, phone 404-599-4731. Thank you in advance for your assistance. I will continue to recommend this location to my friends, but I will now make sure I Look at my receipts for final billing more closely. I know mistakes happen sometimes, that is a given ~ we all make them, but when someone takes their time to come in physically to take care of an issue, It would be nice to get the problem resolved promptly. You know how people are about their money.

I made a reservation via call center for a 10'x10' storage bin for $84.95 with the 1st month free. Upon arrival there was no 10x10 available, I was offered the next size up for over $200.00 .. not acceptable. I made a reservation at another uhaul location 10 miles away.

The Manager Ron has horriable customer service. This was the worse experience I have ever had with uhaul. I have used uhaul and have never experienced such a poor level of customer service. The manager is rude and over talks you before you can even complete your sentence. He used cursing words towards me his level of service is at an zero.

This location was professional and very accommodating. However, my experience with U-Haul was very below average. I had a reservation for a pick-up truck at the location by my house. They cancelled my reservation with no valid explanation at the time and made me go to another location. The U-Haul location on Peachtree Rd was horrible and not any help.
