Had to park my car offsite, so if you are bringing a car, make sure to bring an umbrella if raining! I got wet running from across the street (where I had to park my car) back to the UHaul place. Other than that, the folks were very friendly and got me my vehicle earlier than scheduled, which was greatly appreciated.

Staff sound unfamiliar with Uhaul products. In friendly, you can tell that they do not like their jobs. I would not consider renting from this place again.

The staff of 2 was virtually overwhelmed by customers picking up and dropping off. I put away the trailer myself and had to wait 10-15 minutes to check out.

Very unprofessional, over charged on mileage and staff had an attitude. The manager had inaccurate gas level and mileage on the paperwork we received once we got into the truck we snap a picturesof the correct reading. They tried to charge us for going a 100 miles on 1/8 tank of gas....impossible

There was no customer parking and had to walk two blocks away in the cold to leave my car and another parking lot at Walgreens. The young lady that check me in I believe her name was Courtney was excellent! The black male individual who checked me out wearing the badge that said Courtney lacked a lot in customer and to detail. I honestly don't think he knew what he was doing when he was checking me out and running my credit cards. I told him that I noticed they had run my card on an account I told him not to run it upon check-in and was assured that card would not be run by Courtney. She told me when I was checking out to be sure to remind them and give them the new card which I did. He was having trouble processing the card on his terminal and took my card and manually ran it. I was not comfortable with the way that was handled at all.

Spoke with the store manager about an issue and he was quite uncooperative. The store employees were great, however, the manager left me with a bad impression.

Arrived Sunday mid-morning to return my equipment. Three guys were in there, only one customer. They were talking/staring at paperwork and didn't acknowledge me until I spoke up. They said they were busy and would get with me in a bit with no sense of urgency. I was clearly in a huge rush and only one other customer was there. This didn't seem to concern them one bit. I backed my trailer to its spot, unhitched, and waited 10 minutes. Walked back to the door. Same guys, doing the same stuff, so I left the trailer and took a picture of it. I work in sales/customer service and certainly would be empathetic if they were busy. They weren't. No concern for customer service.

I did not know a reservation would be necessary and would have gotten the unit I wanted had I made it. Probably let people know somehow that making a reservation is beneficial.

Marc went over and beyond to assist in charges that were applied incorrectly to my bill.

Person taking the reservation over the telephone failed to inform me that a second piece of identification was required to pick up the vehicle. Having to go get that ID added unnecessary stress to an already stressful day.

I made a 2 day reservation and they didn’t honor that agreement and could only give me 1 day!!!! Horrible customer service, total bull shit. I asked the employee working their on the Sunday I returned it and he said “it happens all the time” and that “it was above his pay grade”. This is literally the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced ever.

I booked my reservation through the 1-800 number. When I arrived at the pick up location, I was surprised to find out that first time renters must present a second form of ID in addition to their Driver's License; however, the list did not include types of ID that one normally carries around. One option was to leave your original car registration (not a copy.) Now you're left driving a car around without registration (in the event that anything happened). The other problem with this is that I was helping my daughter move so I was driving her car, but I rented the U-Haul which of course was in my name. It would have been nice to have been informed of this policy at the time that the reservation was made since all of the movers were already in place and waiting for me. Thankfully the P'Tree Rd location allowed me to leave my daughter's car registration (in place of my own) and still rent the truck in my name. I recommend making sure that the "1-800" people are aware of any nuances that may exist with the particular location that they refer you to. The experience was otherwise okay.
