Location was close to were I unloaded the truck - so good location from that perspective. But the UHaul app did not accept the pictures I took of the truck to return the truck. Tried for about 45 mins. The people at the drop off at first were not available to help. Then, after the many failed app attempts, they called the local UHaul people and were able to close out the return within 10 minutes. Overall, took over an hour. Also, location is relatively small, on a major/busy road, with no sidewalks. Had to walk a few hundred yards on the road during rush hour to get to a place were I could be picked up after drop off.

KEVIN MVehicle broke down and had to be downed because roadside could it fix issue. Had to be put into a different vehicle. Was told the other equipment had no ac so two trucks had issues at this location. Then was overcharged multiple fees
