Terrible customer service. Seriously, the worst person to talk to on the phone during the conversation on 11/09/2020. Extremely unprofessional, stupid, and non-sense person. I believe that he is one of the managers. If you want to know about this in detail, please reach out to me again. Just a horrifying experience. I really wish that there is a competitor to Uhaul so that I will definitely forget Uhaul for my life time and choose the competitor whenever I need a truck. A terrible human being seriously.

Your 2885 Clairmont location was absolutely horrible. I had a reservation for 6:30 pm Saturday evening and my vehicle was out front and ready but the woman working told me she gave me vehicle away to the couple who had just came in. There is either human error or a system error (most likely both) because why would the system allow her to double book a vehicle unless she was lying to me?? Either way, I reserved a vehicle for Saturday evening, had my card charged (fortunately I was reimbursed), and was meant to be entirely moved out of my apartment, which I was unable to complete because of either system/human error and/or terrible customer service. I hate to complain but that's literally what your company exists for, products and services


I really wish I could give negative stars. If you want to know more just go listen to the 10+ recordings of calls I had with customer service.

I ordered 4 dozen blanketa and a hand truck. We received none. The truck was dirty. The inside had chocolate ice cream inside. We were not credited for the missing hand truck. When I went back to pick it up. She stated we neve have those things here. She was rude and we could not find her for 30 minutes when we arrived to pick up truck. Horrible experience.

When I took over the vehicle, I realized that the gas level was at 5/8 instead of 7/8 as mentionned prior to taking over the vehicle. I didn't report it as I was in a hurry but should have done though. I filled the van with 2 gallons of gas after driving 14 miles but still got a gas charge from U-Haul, which I feel is not correct.

I was charged for refilling the tank even though I returned it with MORE gas in it than I received it with. I received it with less than a quarter tank, returned it with half, then was charged almost $50 to fill the tank completely. I am never using u-haul again

I originally had a reservation at the location at 3947 Peachtree Road, but the vehicle I reserved had a flat tire. I was assured I had a vehicle saved for me at the piedmont location, only to arrive and find out I have 2h45 of rental since it was double booked. This is not the first time an incident like this has happened to me with U-Haul. I will not be returning my business here or any U-Haul location.


The Customer Service ladies who helped me pointed out that you sell a piece of equipment cheaper than What I purchased the same item for at a big box retailer so I purchased yours saving me about $20 in the long run! Kudos to your employees looking out for the best interest of your customers :-)

Moving plastic boxes were terribly dirty and in the middle of a pandemic, having everything clean, should be a priority. I has to clean it and desinfect myself.

The U-Haul employee helping me was not friendly and wasn't wearing a mask. The U-Haul I was assigned was the 4th truck back in a line and it was tight in front and behind the truck. I went in to ask if someone could get the truck out for me, the employee rolled her eyes and said she would come move it shortly. I also told her that I had paid for a dozen furniture pads, but there weren't any in the truck. She said they didn't have any - but it wasn't taken off of my bill. It took her 4-5 times of backing into the truck behind mine in order for her to get the truck out. I would NEVER recommend this U-Haul location to anyone.
