I was charged for two days truck rental I told them I only needed one day one way... the cashier told me I would be reimbursed for the extra day at drop off location..which was a LIE I was told to call customer service they told me everyone was charged for two days on a one way trip no matter what time you returned the truck...don’t you think this is called fraud or stealing from the customer I was quoted $109.00 per day but yet charged for 2 days. I will never use or recommend U Haul to anyone at all. I was lied to. To top it off it was raining and the windshield wipers were about to fall off had to pull over until the rain stopped. What a bummer.

They didn’t have my truck when I arrived for my 9:30 AM reservation. I wasn’t notified beforehand. Pretty bad customer service. The delay threw off my entire moving schedule for the day. They ended up giving me a 15’ truck with a malfunctioning Drivetrain. It only worked in 1, 2, or 3rd gear. I think a partial refund would be appropriate.

The lock on my rotation truck did NOT work. I asked the employee to lock it in position before leaving. She meaning wrapped the chain around the handle. Upon arriving home, I could not get the lock to open, forcing me to purchase a lock near my home, as I do not have a vehicle.I called the shop, the young lady who signed the truck out denied a problem with the lock. Upon my return,I asked the employee who checked the truck in to open the lock, she could not.I was very diappointed over the lock handling. Other than the lock, the truck was ok.

It wasn’t the location that I had issues with. It was the process of reserving the truck online. The reservation was messed up starting with my mistake but then it took talking to 3 different people, at the store and on- line to fix it, I was charged twice and I’m still not 100% sure that it is correct.

The employees were 10+ minutes late for the store to open at 9 on Sunday. There are very few spots to park in the front and many trucks are blocking front of house parking. The truck we were given had a tag that said not to give to customers and when asked they said it would be fine. The truck would not switch gears properly and was quite damaged. Upon return of the rental, there were no spots available and other customers blocking any viable entrance to park the truck. Was overall a frustrating experience when you're already preparing for a frustrating day of moving.

My truck was not available on my original booking day and they had to give me one next day. This was communicated to me about 30 minutes before my reservation even though I had booked about 5 days prior. This was extremely inconvenient. otherwise, the staff were friendly and equipment was in good shape. Check-in and checkout were smooth.

I had my reservation for 10am and my truck was not ready! It took approx 10-15 mins for the truck to get clean. Upon returning the truck it then took another 20 mins to turn in the key and get my paper receipt. Overall I think the location is ok but the parking is super inconvenient and the staff was mediocre, perhaps overwhelmed idk

I only used the truck for 10 miles and put in 2 gallons of gas and they tried to charge me $14.00 for gas. She finally lowered the amount to $7.00. I shouldn't have been charged anything for gas. I won't be using your services again.

I chose Uhaul because of the option of renting a furniture dolly. I arrived at the location and none of the equipment was ready for me and I was also informed that that location had no furniture dollies. I will not be using UHaul again.

I picked up my 15' truck from here no problem. The staff was great! The next morning my mover arrived and told me I needed a bigger truck...within 30 minutes I showed up back at the store and was able to modify the reservation for a 20' truck and the staff didn't miss a beat. They were so helpful, pleasant and hard working. Highly recommend!
