Worst U-Haul experience ever!!! My reservation was transferred to another location without my knowledge and I basically dropped off. I tried checking in virtually several times and i had to speak with 3 representatives to find out my reservation was no longer at this location.

Tonya JEmployee was very rude and location isn’t the safest. But all the equipment was present and easy to locate.
BENJAMIN BI was moved to a remote station and it was too much work, the fuel wasn't right and it required several calls to straighten everything out. All the reps were very helpful, but I would not do a remote station again.
