can't say enough good things. units & trucks are spotless & in working order. reservations made were kept faithfully. management & every staff member were super-accommodating - friendly, helpful, quickly offering assistance whenever requested, great moving advice. have recommended them to everyone we know who could use their services.

The one negative was that I had ordered mattress covers that were not in the truck. However, mistakes are inevitable and when I called them about it, they quickly and politely refunded my money. And they professionally answered some other questions I had too. Overall, a very good experience.

The employees were very rude and unhelpful. They also delayed my rental pickup for 2 days because the employee left me in the lot to figure out why Uhaul's trailers lights didn't work. The woman working there was incredibly rude to me when just confirming my pickup time. I was also told I was being charged $296 for our 6x12 trailer AND that I paid when I arrived in Boise, instead I had to pay before I left and it was double $496 of what I was told. So I had to rearrange all of our budget for this move to come up with the money in 24hrs, this was when the lady working at this location began to treat me like I had personally offended her. On our third day of attempting to pick up this trailer, Monday May 13 2013, another gentleman was working and he assisted us with the light issue, unfortunately only to the point that we had parking lights only on the trailer. After realizing this in a horrible thunderstorm when we left Austin TX, we stopped in the nearest dry (not pouring down torrential rain) which was Brownwood, TX (by the way that's 4 hrs from a departure point of Austin TX) we were able to pull over and buy new relays and fuses for the truck AND trailer. We made it to Boise and Keisha Jim (GM at the N Orchard St, in Boise ID, who is the only saving grace, in my opinion, that Uhaul has employed) has listened, has been courteous, and has assisted us in making a formal complaint. I not only want a refund but I don't know if I have the faith in the integrity of this company to do what's right and never treat another customer this way ever again.

Chris handles his job as if he owed Uhaul. He communicated well, handled all of our many transactions with professionalism. Was courteous and well-informed. He gives UHaul a good name and should be noticed. Others we worked with at UHaul were professional as well.

I bought mattress covers for my move and I did not receive them. When brought up to an attendant, they said because I changed my pick up time, that it "disappeared" from the order. That does not make sense since I did not get reimbursed for this "disappearance".
