Everything went well and the moving truck was perfect for what we needed.
The property has a real narrow parking lot but the staff is great at keeping it organized somehow.
During my pick-up this location was slammed with customers during a busy time. I was most impressed with the professionalism displayed by the person in charge and her team in stepping up to the challenge with all customers and their needs. Upon my return of the vehicle several hours later, her and her staff were still there taking care of business with smiles and courtesy. Will definitely use again.
Super understaffed. Wait an hour and a 15 minutes in line to get our reserved truck. The truck was not well maintained. We did not receive a key to the lock on the truck and I had to drive all the way back to the store 45 minutes later and they still had a line out the door and down the sidewalk. Finally got the key to the lock. Amy and the other lady manager were the only saving grace of the store and both deserve a raise. They were very helpful even under a high pressure situation.
Online order did not work well At the time of picking up the truck. Took long time to get the equipment. The checkout experience was still high touch in the current situation. Drove 40 miles but filled in more than 4 gal of gas for the 10 feet truck since the gas tank was not fully filled in although the indicator says full.
Nothing Service and Experience were very Professional
Cost was way higher than I estimated. Neither way of calculating it brought the price down substantially. Next time I will just rent a truck at Home Depot.

The online check-in process was nearly useless, it took three times as long as it would've if I just went through process in the office. Also, the girl with the pink hair was wearing her mask incorrectly - wearing a mask is useless if you're not covering BOTH your nose and mouth - her nose was completely uncovered.
The U-Haul employee was fantastic. It was a mad house as there were many people there, the parking lot was full, there were only two staff members, it was hot, clients were cranky; however, this woman kept her head, she was kind and friendly to clients and even joked that this location was hiring and encouraged those in line to apply. She was great and did her best to overcome a bad situation.
You were very busy but did an awesome job taking care of us and all of the customers who arrived before us - thank you for all who provided us service on our check-in. We did an after hours return, and that was a piece of cake too.
I live in Austin, TX so it's very important right now to try & have as little direct contact with people as possible, so I opted to use the contact-less rental option for a van. Making the reservation was easy enough, but trying to pick up the van was a disaster from the word go! First, the website had issues; it also didn't clearly state at the beginning of the pick-up process, that allowing U-Haul to access the location of the phone was required to continue with the check-in process, so when I didn't allow location access (not knowing I had to) , the website wouldn't let me continue. So I had to install the App. I got through several steps on the App (although it took 6 tries to get it to take the photo of the back of my license); when it started asking for info I didn't know I needed. So when I changed screens to look a the phone number of another contact (like it was requiring), when I went back to the App it started everything from the beginning (arrggh)! Therefore, my next step was to call the service line, which said there was a 20 minute wait.. Then I tried the 'chat' feature offered and never did get a response. This meant I Had to go inside the office (which is what I was trying to avoid). There was a line of people all the way to the door because, on a Saturday morning, there was only one person behind the counter. Additionally, in a city where the number of COVID cases is ridiculously high & all businesses are Required for employees & customers to properly wear masks, the gal behind the counter, spent half the time with her mask on her chin rather than over her mouth and nose. The rest of the time only over her mouth and not her nose. This is NOT acceptable. Eventually another lady came in & helped behind the counter, and she was very quick & nice, and the only thing that kept me from cancelling my reservation altogether! However, after I returned the van, I was told to give them the keys & they'd notify me when the return was processed so I'd have proof of return. By late in the evening I still hadn't heard anything & had to sit on hold for 20 minutes to speak with one of the national customer service folks to verify the return. I am very frustrated with the overall experience!!!! And ... funny that your survey only asks about the location and not the website or App experience. Also that your survey questions are useless as rating a 'location' can mean different things - cleanliness vs service experience, etc.
The location was changed on me and I was not notified.

Mike was great! So was the manager (I think she was the manager). I did have to wait about 30 Minutes in line before getting my pre-reserved truck, but that's because there were a few weird issues with people in front of me and the lady working apologized and reassured me a few times so all was well!
My experience with uhaul was satisfactory
Lisa is excellent at customer service and keeping the customers waiting up to date.
Despite being short staffed, Lisa was attentive and helpful to everyone. She even threw in some pads at no cost to make up for the long waits. I commend her highly for being as helpful as she was despite the circumstances. It was a pleasure doing business with her.
Ms Lisa was great. Even though there was a bit of a wait, the staff made sure to let us know they were working on getting to us as quick as possible. They were really hustling, balancing quality customer service with speed.
