Dirty, sticky steering wheel, sent to walk across whole lot for the truck only to later be told it was right next to the office when we came back ("oops"), system was down so couldn't check truck back in at the office when dropped off, gas gauge showed 3/4 full at pick-up, the 1/2 full after driving only 3 miles!
