Back to my original comments. The drop off location was outstanding in terms of service. The challenge is that the location I originally reserved was changed when I picked up my U-Haul. This change added miles to my drop off of which I was not compensated for. From the moment I reserved, I indicated that this was a one-way rental. I recognize certain U-Haul sites do not honor one-way rentals, however, these locations should not be included on the website should when I clearly indicated that I was looking for a one-way rental. These last-minute changes the day of are unacceptable. Based on this, I will not recommend U-Haul and will do my best to not use them in the future.

Miguel CPlease have patience when you get there the guys are busy and overworked but that's not their fault they still conducted their business professionally they even have popcorn and free water so my kid was able to relax and chill while I got all the paperwork set listen you have to upload your license and you got to upload their app to make sure that everything is done correctly or you will be charged that is it other than that the team there was great I appreciate your help
