I assume that the young lady that was assisting with my reantal was new, and in training. I knew this becasue the Manager would make comments to the fact and pointed out errors in front of the customer. This is something that should not be done in front of customer's. I would be so embarassed to have my boss call me out in front of other's especially my cusotmer's whom are assuming that they can trust the person that is assisting them.

The person whom helped me was great. He was kind and quick to get me on the road. Once I returned the trailer the same person took the trailer and made the drop off painless.

The Manager Brian always have been an excellent help with whatever our company needs.. our company uses this location and only this location when it comes to our moving.. So thank u Uhaul.. Your General Manager, Brian Slack, went above and beyond the "call of duty" in assisting with my rental. He and his assistant manager Kim were extremely helpful in resolving a past due U-Haul storage space bill. And the pickup truck we rented was as if it rolled right out of a dealers' showroom. The check in procedure was extremely efficient and quick. You have a set of really great employees at the U-Haul of North Las Vegas facility at 2301 N. Las Vegas Blvd.

I think there were only two people working at this location with one guy checking in trucks and filling propane bottles and the other in the store.
When I went into the store to pickup the trailer that I reserved I had to search out the person at the counter since he was sitting behind a display in a lowered stool. He was very disinterested in getting me in and out in a timely manner and while taking me to the trailer was interrupted by the other employee whom was having an issue with another customer and asked the person helping me to take over while he would get me hooked up the trailer. Unfortunately, I didn't have the correct sized ball on my hitch and it took another 20 minutes to get that replaced.
The employee that started outside and eventually got me out the door was far more professional and did make sure that everything was good to go before I left.

Better customer services and better trucks for one the truck was stopping? And the people was very very rude and for a customer I felt like an bad person after I had to spend my money with this company..but I will never go back to this store & thank u have a good day.
