The equipment was in good clean condition. The only issue is that one of the trailer tires were past the wear bars and bald. Shouldn't have been in service until the tire was changed.

I rented a pick-up truck, as I have done a few times. I filled out the paperwork and the lady gave the keys. I was never told that I have to inspect the vehicle before taking it. Not even other previous occasions for that matter. When I turned on the truck a Warning Tire Check light on. I just thought the tire was low in pressure and went on with my day. When I returned the vehicle a few hours later, the person who inspected the vehicle started to get a bit agitated, calling on the radio and taking a bit of time inspecting the vehicle. He called another employee over and I overheard when he said if he should charge us for the tire. The other guy laughed and said No, that we were good to go and left. This did not make this person comfortable. As I saw this I ask him what the problem was, he replied that the tire had a nail in it. I replied that the tire warning light was on when I got the truck and he got again a bit agitated, I explained to him that no one has ever told me to inspect the car not that day nor other times, he told that I should had NOT taken the truck with a maintenance light on and that for the future I should inspect the vehicle and let the clerk know about the maintenance lights on He proceed to explain that sometimes, when are inspecting the returned vehicles, they miss some details. He said that I was responsible for the tire because I took the vehicle as it was and that it was fortunate that I got the collision insurance so I was ok. I explained was that I thought the tire needed a bot of air and that I thought it was inspected. Still he looked a bit agitated and asked me to describe the person who filled out the paper work for me. As I did and nodded a couple of times told me the total and we left. Still I felt uneasy, why no one warns the customer to inspect the vehicle throughly? Why did not the person who inspected the vehicle noticed the tire light before? I mean it is bright orange. I guess in the future I will take pictures and be more alert when I rent a vehicle from uHaul. I did not let uHaul feeling that I can trust them as much in the future, mind you, I will sill use them, but I will extremely more alert and I will not accept vehicles that have or might have some issues.

This place was professional, great ...BUT . . .I told UHaul.com that I moved into Summerlin area. Why would you assign me THIS drop-off location 23 minutes away by the city strip??? You couldn't find any truck drop-off locations near Summerlin??? What a waste of time and gas!

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, IM STILL WAITING ON MY REFUND FROM 11/10, IT IS NOW 11/28, THEY’LL CONTINUE TO PUT YOU ON HOLD, TELL YOU THE MANAGER IS AT ANOTHER LOCATION. YOU CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE, WAIT THE 3 BUSINESS DAYS FOR A RETURN CALL TO NOT RECEIVE ONE, THE RESOLUTION CTR DOESNT RESOLVE HELP OR RESOLVE ANY PROBLEMS, I’LL NEVER RENT FROM U-HAUL!

Manager was rude; very prejudiced towards me (white woman) and my driver (black man). I watched him help other Latinos with superior customer service. There was a glitch with owing UHAUL and had to call the 800 number. Was resolved quickly and yet manager didn’t treat us like equals. Took other phone calls while ‘helping’ us; talked to other employees while ‘helping’ us then after situation was resolved didn’t know how to process the transaction properly even though I had to call 800 number back & put them on speaker. (Persons at 800 number very friendly and very respectful.) In the end another employee saw that the situation WAS resolved. Seemed the manager was VERY inept or just didn’t really want to assist non-Latinos. It’s too bad because our organization used this location multiple times over the last 5 years. Previous manager John was GREAT. Sorry to see he transferred from there.

They gave me a stolen trailer. They called me an hour after picking it up and wanted me to bring it back. I refused, I was already a long way away. Then they told me I would be arrested at gunpoint and taken to jail. Poor experience

When I was there to rent the trailer, none of the on-site printers were working. The employee used her personal phone to take a photo of my drivers license. I feel sorry for the associates. They have to work with broken computers/printers. A little more hands-on management would go a long way to making this branch run better.

You can change the management at this store!! I prepaid 2 days before picking up my reservation for a 10' truck and car transport. The next day I received a call stating that they didn't have the size truck at the location I requested so I would be upgraded to a 15' truck at a different location and I would be refunded $50 for the inconvenience (I'm assuming since I'd have to pay for more gas with the larger truck) When I showed up at the new location the girl helping us was new and didn't know quite what was going on. The guy loading the truck knew more about what to do but didn't talk much, meanwhile, her manager was sitting next to her - not doing a thing. In the 45 minutes that I was there, they changed the paperwork 4 times to 4 different trucks with different mileages and gas meters - made me sign for each one. I thought that pre-paying would keep this process from being so lengthy but I was still there for almost an hour. All the while, I had movers waiting at my house at $150 an hour that I scheduled since I didn't think it would take that long and U-Haul was only 7 minutes from my house. After all this, we decided to leave the transport trailer at U-Haul to pick up the next morning. When we arrived the next day to pick it up, they tried to charge me again! I was so distraught that I had to walk away, my boyfriend resolved the situation and after ANOTHER 45 minutes, we were able to finally get on our way on our 10-hour drive... So after all this, we returned the U-Haul with the same amount of gas as when we received it (which was different from our paperwork in the first place - since they changed our paperwork 4 times) We were told that the car transport was never dispatched at all after all this... I wouldn't recommend this experience to anyone even if they where my worst enemy.

I have to say that EVERY single person I spoke to on the phone or in person was SOOOO very nice and helpful, it was a great experience all around. Every person knew their job and it was a very positive experience to have intelligent, kind people on the job who knew what they were doing.
