The 2 older gentleman where great, but there is 2 young adults that are worthless. The entire time they are on their phones and avoiding work . The office was empty with only me as a customer inside . I called the phone and was on hold for over 20 minutes while these 2 young guys just sat there bored and on their phones .Victor H.

The wait to pick up the truck was very long - approximately 1.5 hours. That process should be streamlined somehow. It would also be helpful if someone gave a briefing on operation of the controls of the truck. I had trouble engaging the cruse control, but finally figured it out.Timothy W.
The gentlemen that helped me was very rude i got charged an extra fee of $90.00 for no reason the phone number to contact this location never reaches this location. I did not rent furniture pads, a utility dolly, or a furniture dolly. They weren't on the truck when I picked it up or dropped off. This needs to be corrected on the bill. Also, the online 24/7 rental process is confusing and extremely hard to navigate.Eileen E.

When a customer brings back the truck with a full tank instead of 3/4 full, reimburse the customer or give credit for a future visit. Don't tell the customer you're sh-t out of luck and there's nothing that can be done. That's bad management and and even worse business practice.Ruben K.
