Extended waiting at front counter; trailer had to be picked up at another location; call from unidentified person at U-Haul asking for debit card data (which was refused and U-Haul offices notified). Then there was no passenger or middle seatbelt in working order and that took a half a day to fix.

When I arrived there was no record of my reservation. I asked if by error some other location was expecting me? The clerk checked and said "No." I rented, used, and returned the truck without a problem. Then, around 6PM another local UHAUL location called. "We note that you never showed up for the truck you reserved for 11:30 AM, can we expect you yet this evening?" This clerk checked the computer and confirmed that I ha rented the truck at my desired location. 1. Your centralized scheduler probably presumed that I wanted to use a site I'd used a couple of years ago instead of the site whose phone number I called. He should have asked if that presumption was correct. 2. The clerk at the site I used seemed unable to see that the reservation had been made at another site. All she could do was to complain about how slow the computer was. I was served well, but there should have been some way to easily inform the other site that this site was taking over the rental.

Representative was understanding when it was mentioned we over drove the mileage by 10 miles the amount that was allotted. When I mentioned I just filled the fuel tank so it would meet the turn-in fuel requirement. The fuel gauge wouldn't register the minimum amount until I put in $40.00, and then it registered way over the minimum amount. The representative understood and waived the $ 3.80 extra-mileage charge. This was much appreciated.

The General Manager was very professional and fast, with the scheduled pick up everything went very smooth and drop off was hassle free. Even the time slot to use the truck was perfect to move out and move in. Thank you!!!!

The U-Haul reservation system stinks!! I had to drive 50 miles to an alternative location because my reservation was not honored at my original Corvallis location. The Corvallis location offered a discount for that trouble, but it turned out to be a bait-and-switch. I was promised a $90 discount, but I got only about $50. I will never recommend U-Haul to anyone!!

The wait times were pretty long, both picking up and dropping off. Every time I've been in it seems understaffed, there is always a wait. Another customer agreed with me when I brought it up casually.

location originally dropped off to on pacific hwy in Tigard Oregon was the worst experience I have ever had with Uhaul, besides service of one individual that extended time with truck due to their mistake.

Have a truck available when the reservation is set. Also requested a truck out in the south area. We were told there was only the one in Salem. After our reservation on Lancaster was a no o we were told that there were two at a closer location. It all worked out, however it would have been nice to have had that at the start. Instead we were behind by 2 1/2 hours.

Had to clean the truck before we could use it. Just full of concrete pieces and broken plastic and gravel and dirt. Had to use a risk broom as we had no regular broom. Ordered a 14' and got a 17'. Unable to talk to the store directly! You charge if we return a dirty vehicle but do not compensate when we have to clean it before we can use it? I am thoroughly disappointed. Speaks poorly of UHaul integrity and business ethics!!!

Your computer program that handles reservations is in desperate need of improving. When someone requests a specific size truck, that truck had better be available. Moving is stressful enough as it is, and to not have available the size truck someone has reserved in advance is a major customer service fault, and it's setting the company up for terrible reviews.

Awesome newer 9' Ford van - but it hadn't been serviced as the green sticker claimed. The windshield and lights were covered with bugs. I spent 1/2 hour plus of my valuable travel time scrapping them off before I could drive the night I got it. Inside was covered with white animal hair that stuck to everything. It had fine 'beach' sand in the cracks and under the mat. Definitely was not washed or vacuumed after the previous user returned it.
