Your system of having the customer refill the gas tank is a scam. You say the fuel gauge reads full ... yes it is above 7/8, but it is not full. I'm told it's closer to full so I'm responsible for returning it full. I work for a charity and your facility is walking distance from our office - 2 blocks- the entire rental was 13 miles, did not idle the engine for any extended period- literally 6.5 miles one way out to pick up a donation and 6.5 back to our office to drop it off, and then back to your office. That truck took over 6 gallons of gas to fill. Hardly the 10 to 12 MPG you claim, is it?

the vehicle was on site, but the 24/7 pickup system failed. I wasted an hour waiting for my rental.

Everything was fine . They were very friendly. Answered questions etc. However, they did not accept or take my discount coupons, saying I was to use them when I delivered the truck. At the end of trip, gentleman while very friendly said he didn't read or handle any paper work. Result--I did not, have not received my $80.00 discount through Coldwell Banker Real Estate. Would appreciate this being handled ASAP and my credit card being credited with this amount. Thanking you in advance. Gelene M. Davis

The only problem that occurred was during the return process. I had to go on the mobile site and confirm that I dropped the van off, if not Uhaul charges an extra $20 to do it on their own the next business day. I went on the app and the mobile site and even called customer service and still was not able to confirm I returned the vehicle early. I was also charged an extra $20 the next day. I was a little upset.

They need more help in there. They told me it would be minute and it was 45 minute. My U Haul was full of dirt and leaf. I had to clean it out before I used it. What I was using it for I needed a clean trailer. I can't believe you charge so much for gas. Yes that is on me but wow. I would like to get the cleaning the trailer money out of it. Literally everything went wrong. Even though I had confirmed the night before that I had signed up for 24/7 truck share, I got to the location and it wouldn’t allow me to pick up the truck online. I was on hold with uhaul for over 20 minutes and nobody ever picked up. Then the business I was picking up at finally opened and I was able to talk to someone. Of course his system was down though so he couldn’t check out the truck to me either. Finally, they checked the truck out to me manually and I was on my way, an hour after scheduled time.

The truck I rented this time the door didn’t open up as wide as the last time and the step was in more, compact. It was designed to look better I guess, but I missed the step and feel out face first.
