Travis and Eli were wonderful Travis, especially, was very thorough with all the options and instructions I could not have gotten through my extremely catastrophic moving situation without his help My apt was flooded with collapsed ceilings and discovery of asbestos. I had to get out immediately, fortunately found a new apt right away, and Travis coordinayed everything else.when zi ched the truck back in, it took Eli less than 5 min to complete the process.i will be recommending this location and these two employees to everyone. Job well done!

David MThe lady who set me up was somehow nice, knowledgable, and a badass (she called herself "short" and she was, but she woman-handled the trailers like a pro). Just to be clear, my typical experience at this uhaul location (been a customer here for 20+ years) is the employees are neglectful, disengaged and inept. This was the polar opposite experience. Thanks to whatever-her-name-is for actually giving a shit and also being good at her job.

Darla CWe only went 17 miles, but were charged for 3 gallons of gas for a total of $16.25. If we assume that the 15' truck gets 10 miles per gallon and we went 17 miles, that is significantly less than 3 gallons. Gas here is anywhere from about $4.09 per gallon and $4.65 per gallon. Let's split it somewhere in the middle and say the gas cost $4.25 a gallon. $4.25 per gallon multiplied by 2 gallons (to be generous and make the math easy, even though mileage again, was LESS THAN 2 gallons of gas) is $8.50, almost half of what we were charged. Absolutely ridiculous.
Ryan BI was disappointed in their service. They called me several hour after my booking but before my pickup time to tell me that there was a double book. They called me up on a personal phone I did not pick it up at the time because I didn’t know who it was. I arrived to find that the van I had ordered was not available. They had given it to Amazon. I had to take a larger vehicle even though I didn’t need it and payed extra on gas because the truck consumed more gas. I was frustrated by the incident. uhall made no attempt to compensate.

Rick CThe customer service representatives did not tell me about needing to download the UHaul app for my truck and equipment return. It’s been 13 years since I last moved and was not aware of this requirement. After moving all day, I dropped off the truck and equipment (after hours), went home and read the paperwork later - only to realize that I didn’t do it right and had to go back down to the rental location - to attempt my return without the keys which is frustrating to say the least.
Tamarah NHave a half day rental or if some rents a truck for a day and they just need it for a couple extra hours prorate the rate because charging them for a whole additional day it crazy.
