MICHAEL AUnderstaffed and very long wait times. The guy in charge at the time was excellent and it was not his fault. He insisted that I report these safety issues. Finally another worker showed up and had to take apart the one wheel ramp that was stuck so I could get my car off. He was great as well. Drop off took forever.

Daniel DVery good service and helpful staff. I would definitely recommend based on that. However, the location is extremely difficult related to parking. Street parking only is very challenging as there are few spots and road is very busy.

Rick HThe pick up location staff was excellent as was the 15’ van . Only reason I didn’t give an excellent rating was because of the mirrors. They were all old school manual adjustable then shifted/altered when driving over bumps on the freeway. Having driven several large trucks and trailers and a school bus, it’s actually a safety hazard not having electronically adjustable mirrors from the drivers side. Highly recommend that feature on n any new fleet purchases. Great experience, would do it again and recommend uhaul to anyone… and price very reasonable👍

SAFI AReserved U-HAUL did not have an appliance dolly in truck as requested. I had to break the green tab and use the utility dolly in the truck, which added an additional $7 to my rental. Please, make sure future U-Hauls are set up for people, especially with mobile check in.

Teresa CThe employee that help with pick up was attentive and helpful. Drop off was not at all like pickup. The two employees were talking amongst each other. Never said hello or communicated what needed to happened. One of the employees had ear buds in his ear. Eventually, one of them came and told me that we were under miles and would be credited back. Again the morning employee that day was great. Thank you to her!
