The truck wasn't swept out from the last customer, but it wasn't bad. The only negative is having a dolly and moving pads secured to the inside of the truck takes up valuable space. I wish that if you said you didn't want them they would be removed from the truck.

The young blong girl who works there was rude to me when I rented a truck last month then this time I asked her how much the total was, so I could pa that much on my nearly maxed out credit card and she told me $122, tuen I get to the register and its $158. When I asked why she said we already had a pending charge for $28 that they originally held. This is a HUGE problem because when I asked how much it was and she told me $122 I made sure there was that much on my card and can only make one payment per day. Then finding out theres extra that was "held" that she didnt mention when I asked the total for the whole rental over all no matter what was held. SO , as a result there wasnt enough on my card for uhaul to go through without gettIng a charge from my bank because when I see my credit card balance, the pending transactions dont take away from that balance. And I thought the pending would fall off and theyd just charge me the whole rental in one payment. Fuck that bitch. I told her she needs to tell people the WHOLE balance for the ENTIRE rental so they can pay accordingly. WTF uhaul train your employees!

I like the fact that the facility is open Sundays. Please continue to do so. That's its biggest draw for me.

Small lot no place for my wife to park when she picked me up. Other people had already returned equipment so there was very little room for me to pull in when I arrived

If there is dirt or muddy floors, it would be nice to be cleaned a little more. (: it happens though and the van was nice and exactly what we needed. 9' works great for IKEA trips.

Be sure when asking the customer for her destination city that the destination city must be the same as the customer's city on her new address. I stated my destination city, however, I should have stated my destination city the SAME as my city of my new address, in order to get a UHAUL truck return site/destination city that is CLOSEST to my address. The UHAUL call center informed me that if I returned the rental truck to another city closest to me, not designated the "destination city", then I would be required to pay a fee, however, the main call center does not have access to the penalty fee amount ahead of time. Therefore, I asked for a rough estimate, could the penalty fee be $2 or $200? And the gentleman at the call center was candid and answered yes. Then I asked to speak to his supervisor. He said I could call back. When I called back and spoke to a female at the same call center, another low-level employee, she stated that the UHAUL corporation would not change its policies regarding my feedback, she typed notes in her computer, but she left the distinct impression that the UHAUL corporation was disinterested in my feedback regarding my UHAUL experience. Imagine my surprise when I received this email requesting my own feedback of my UHAUL experience.

I went to the location on 2/24 to confirm my reservation. The young man working the yard was EXTREMELY helpful and we looked at the choices. We agreed on the Ford and he confirmed that would be what I got. When I rented the next day (2/25) I was given a GM which was not as well suited to my needs. I saw him in the yard and he immediately corrected the situation. Capable, friendly and helpful. I would rent there again

The box of the truck leaked quite a bit of water. It appeared to be a long-standing issue as the hardware on the inside of the roll-up door was rusty.

I find that most uhaul experiences are relatively painless, this particular location was above average in friendliness and efficiency. I arrived several minutes past their closing time and was greeted with smiles and thank you's and was out of there in under 3 minutes. Thank you so much this made up for the pick up fiasco (different location)

Ingress on 12th St is bit sketchy due to a one way street It would be good to inform customers beforehand that they can park on 12th. st. while renting trucks.

I have used the 12th St. U-Haul location multiple times and every time they just seem to get better and better. This occasion was exceptional! Of particular note was Troy, who provided me with an absolutely first rate customer service experience from the moment I walked in. Well done!! I would never hire a truck from anywhere else.

We rented a 20 foot truck which was in great shape. However our moving day was pouring rain and the bed of the truck leaked. Stained our mattress and box spring, also two sofas.
