Well where do I start. I reserved 6 x 12 enclosed trailer and when I got there they said the one they had was wrecked and they could not rent it out That's after I reserved the 6 x 12 at a different location and u haul called and moved location. Every time I use u haul u haul does not have what I reserved or there is some sort of excuse as to why they cant give me when I requested. This is the last time I will be using u haul I will pay more some where else

the windshield wipers were very worn down and didn't work very well. Also I had a 9 am reservation and got there at 915am and my truck was parked behind another vehicle. In which the employee had to move that truck so I could move my truck. I would assume if you assign the truck to the earliest reservations that they would be ready for the client.

The trailer we rented has an alignment issue. It wanted to drive itself to the right at any speed above 54mph. It was very dangerous even after I figured out what was going on. I would like some compensation for my wasted efforts and the additional day it took to drive.

The wiring on the trailer was not working and took a long time to fix it. Once they finally got it fixed I had no issues the rest of the time.

The number of staff was fairly small relative to the number of customers when I returned the trailer (about 4pm on a Saturday), so I had to wait about 10 minutes to be helped. Otherwise, the location is very convenient and the staff have always been professional.

Make sure you double check the fuel gage when you get in the vehicle. Ours was not as full as the paperwork stated and had to put in 10 gallons to reach full and we only went 26 total miles. The truck was muddy and full of dog or cat hair.

A very helpful and amiable lady named Lisa greeted my adult son and me, and helped us to change our reservation from a window van to a box van (a small truck, actually). Lisa and the U-Haul personnel who maintain the facility and "local" vehicles made our entire experience totally positive and productive. When we returned, Lisa quickly and adeptly helped us to close the transaction and be on our way. The whole process was very efficient. The building and vehicles are clean and well organized, and everyone has a cheerful attitude. I heartily recommend the nice people and well-maintained equipment at this U-Haul location. Harold

More people working the desk, everyone seemed to be in the back room and there was a lot of waiting for pick up and drop off. Computer issues. The biggest problem though, was that they had trucks in the middle of the lot so you couldn't back up your rental at all. Finally after trying we went in and said something and all these people mysteriously came out of the back and moved stuff out of the way. Was stressful.

The store employees were very helpful. I did have an issue with the Uhaul padlock. It got jammed a few times and got stuck and wouldn’t open even after using the Uhaul key of course. I called customer service and the first person I spoke to was not helpful and just told me “go buy WD-40, sorry nothing else I can do” terrible customer service. I called roadside assistance and they just told me to go buy a tool to remove it. Finally I spoke to someone who said they would extend my rental time to assist in the matter, but still no assistance with Uhauls padlock. I had to think creatively and I boiled water to soak the padlock and finally after an hour was able to open it. I still was able to return the truck early, however this was a huge inconvenience and upsetting that calling customer service and roadside assistance really didn’t do anything when it was Uhauls faulty padlock, not my own. My suggestion is proper training with customer service skills for the people on the phone. The store employees were great.

We had asked for a one way u haul, and to rent a hand truck. Moving 1 hour 30 minutes away. We were moving my mom who is 66 years old. They called us and demanded that we bring the hand truck all the way back! Not the truck but a hand truck. Absolutely ridiculous, they did not specify at the time of signing that we had to bring it back to that location.
