Have the reservation truck rental on site. Made a reservation with no truck in site or available. Drove 11 hours for pickup. Never again will I use or recommend U Haul. I did get a truck from Budget Rental and no mileage charge ??

We over estimated milaeage, had the tank back to the original fill amount, swept the truck...yet paid more once we returned the truck earlier than we anticipated...feel we were punished for trying to be good customers.

truck smelled like smoke- employee said probably from a chain smoker. spent 30 minutes on phone getting truck and ordered supplies ( boxes) at the same location

I believe his name was Robert. He was working this morning (8/8).. he was a HUGE help this morning when I came to pick up the trailer. We had a few minor difficulties setting and hooking up the trailer. He was very knowledgeable and efficient in helping us get on our way. I was VERY appreciative of all his hard work. Thank you Robert!

Returning the truck was somewhat interesting because there were other trucks already returned and parked in a long line (after hours). Maybe another line / row for trucks would be helpful.

The lady at the front desk be littler me by calling me a kid. I'm 25 years old.. she also continued to make sexist comments saying men are so difficult and we're always making things difficult. Didn't like her at all. Kind of a cunt to be honest. She knows who she is.

Had a reservation on Saturday at another location and the equipment was not there, nor was it available anywhere within 100 miles. Spent 6 (SIX!!) hours on the phone trying to get another reservation. Not happy overall. This location was good.

Need to either remove some of the vehicles there or organize it better. I dropped off my trailer, and there was no way to pull it in, or out. I had to lift another trailer myself BY HAND, *a 12' trailer*. So please, fix it, I will not be using uhaul again, for this reason. The customer service was polite, only reason it was 2 stars

Front desk service was quite slow on both occasions that I visited. I anticipated that weekend service would be staffed appropriately for the sheer volume of customers. We had 6 people in line in front of us and about 5 behind us on a Sunday morning at 9am. All other touch points were flawless and we will definitely be back for our next rental needs.

Have better customer service. If one truck failed to make it back on time, have a plan in place for the first reserved customer. Trouble shooting is a great tool to use.
