I reserved a trailer online. I was called about an hour later and told it was not available. And wouldn't be for several days (or hadn't) been for several days. I had already made business commitments needing the trailer. When I went to location I was told my experience was not uncommon!

Staff was super helpful. Upon drop off, when we explained we were told we had to drive all the way in to drop off at their location, they told us that was bogus and that we should've been able to drop off at our pickup spot. We were not pleased to be told otherwise and have to drive all the way into Salem if we didn't have to!!

Have been a customer at this loc for 8 years and quality of equipment fits needs. Service sometimes very slow with 3 counter positions when it's busy and I don't see this will improve with reduction to 2. Redesign of space an improvement but perhaps money better spen on adding staff. Now have UHaul app but it is very slow to boot up in the absence of WiFi. That addition would be a great thing.

Unfriendly and rude staff. We parked our car in the lot and after walking inside, a male employee opened the front door and abruptly said "You need to move your car!" That was my first impression. The check in wasn't much better. I had to drive an extra distance to get the truck I had reserved and would have much rather worked with the Silverton Rd location in Salem. Hank went above and beyond to make sure I had a truck. The entire staff at that location has been great. I have rented 2 trucks in the last 30 days.

The 15 ft van would only fit 3 people if one was a small child. It was fine for my Yorkie. Also very little leg room on passenger side. Truck ran fine.

Fix your online booking format. I drove from Washington State to pick up a car trailer I almost did not get because my reservation was made for in town. Your online reservations are very confusing. I almost wasn't able to get the trailer, but they made it work. It should be stated very clearly if the reservation is for in town or out of state. It cost me an extra $75 or so I hadn't planned on, but I had no other options.

We had a reservation for 08:00 and didn't make it out until 8:45. The general manager was in, helping customers with check-in. She had a queue of four parties, mine included, and failed to merely acknowledge or greet customers as we walked in. We received a truck with 1/8 of a tank of gas and were handed keys to our vehicle and told it was "outside somewhere". After wasting 10 minutes searching for our vehicle, we finally located it, buried and locked in behind two other trucks. We went inside to ask for help accessing the vehicle and the general manager, Robyn, immediately threw her subordinates under the bus by blaming them for the miscommunication. I asked an employee outside if that was indeed the general manager, and he said yes. He apologized for her behavior and said it was typical, that she was in a "certain mood" on Mondays. All in all, this was an abysmal and appalling demonstration not only of customer service, but of leadership and management style. It was disgusting to witness the manager treat customers and staff in the way she did. But then again, it was Monday...

Location is always slightly understaffed. Wait times can be interminable. Male employees are very good, a woman employee never says "I'll be with you in a moment" or any other acknowledgement to let me know where I stand in the queue. Location is too constricted---tough to get some things off the lot.
