Jennifer Anstett Leads U-Haul District 19 to Success as Area District Vice President

WATERDOWN, Ontario (Nov. 12, 2014) – With a results-oriented mind-set and a strong focus on ensuring exceptional customer service, Jennifer Anstett is the right person to lead District 19 as area district vice president (ADVP). As ADVP, Anstett will be responsible for overseeing U-Haul operations throughout Western and Central Canada. 

Anstett has big plans for her new role as ADVP, starting with growing the U-Haul dealer network in the area. Anstett would also like to add new centers throughout District 19 in order to provide exceptional customer service in markets that are currently not being served or are under served.

“I am very excited to assume the role as ADVP, as we have unlimited potential in this district,” Anstett explained. “I have a great team that I know will strive to provide exceptional customer service and grow our district.”

Previously, Anstett was the marketing company president (MCP) of U-Haul Company of Eastern Ontario. She also has served as area field manager (AFM) and traffic control manager (TCM) for U-Haul Company of Hamilton and as a customer service representative (CSR) for U-Haul Moving and Storage of Windsor.

“Jennifer has demonstrated both the knowledge and willingness to serve more customers. She has done both of these in opening new dealers and in the purchase of additional stores. Meeting with city officials has produced good results because of her approach that allows the city officials be a part of a solution rather than creating an unpleasant relationship,” Executive Vice President (EVP) Ron Frank explained. “Not only has she done this work with city officials but she carried the same fine attitude forward in working with her teams in the marketing company. I look forward to Jennifer working in District 19 and achieving the same fine results. We have an enormous amount of work to get done in serving our customers in a more convenient manner, and Jennifer is up to the challenge. Thank you, Jennifer.”
