I call the lady to ask her about the gas and that I was charged for today after I brought it back before 9 o'clock. She was rude an was raising her voice at me. I explain to her that I'm not talking to her and she said it was after hours and that's she home with her family and she didn't have to answer the phon. If that was the case she should'nt had answer the phone. But what I don't understand is that when I was renting the Uhaul she had no problem answering the phone at 7 pm to get my money and service. When dealing with my money and I'm being charged extra for things then it's a problem for me. I got so mad that I allowed her to take me out of chacter I called her a bitch because that's how dhe was acting nasty.Takiyah R.
I paid for insurance on tow dolly and when returned it with missing straps someone stole over night they accused me and charge me for the straps on my debit card after I paid for a 2 day rental with insurance so I can dolly my race car sad never sgainALEXANDER T.

The website told me to go to an another Uhaul down the road and then when I checked in, it said I was at the wrong location. No one had checked the back of the truck and there was garbage and broken glass, plus the blankets that were in there were just thrown all over. I was already running late because of the wrong location plus the long online check in. Steering wheel is extremely misaligned, like 45 degrees from normal.Michael C.

I rented there because it was supposed to be open on Sun. When I got there I have to enter all the info of the trunk in the appt, job that they have to do. Also, I got stock on the mud where the truck was part. I had to wait 20 min for they co come and help me. I have great respect for our older but they are to old to been doing that job.YANETH L.

Stop moving peoples scheduled times and locations. Every time I get U-Haul it's the same issue I'm done using you guys and make sure when some one pays for extra stuff it's in the truck when doing contactless pick up.Noah W.

While driving I got a call that the truck needed to be back at a time that was within my rental period. Then was told that the rep who set up my order told me the wrong thing which was not my problem but a training issue .After losing the connection, the woman who called, called back saying I would be charged an extra $40. Okay, then I was told to return it to a different location. When I did, there was nobody there even though it was within the business hours noted on the door. So I called the last phone number I had told the woman there was nobody there and told to leave the keys in the orange box on the wall of the building. FYI the truck was returned clean with a 1/2 tank of gas as per the instructions and no damage other than that noted when it was picked up in Lexington KY. in fact, the gentleman, Vinny, at the pickup location told my driver he was crediting my account $42 because the blankets and dolly were not in the truck. Between driving all over the place to retrieve pre ordered merchandise and switching pickup and drop off locations at will that additional mileage should not be added to the mileage allowed in the contract, Then to say bring it back before it was schedule because they needed the truck it really poor business. I really think that all this confusion by your reps is horrible for customers who rely on having what they need when they need it. Moving is stressful enough without UHaul adding to itAnthony C.

This entire experience was the worst I have ever had with a large company. I will never use uhaul again for as long as I live. I would rather carry my house across country than use uhaul. I would rather throw all of my belongings out than have to rent a truck with uhaul. In all aspects of business, this company is corrupt and it's probably not the best business strategy to f over loyal customers time and time again. Don't try and contact me further. The 1st truck was filthy, there was garbage in the doors, on the dash, and on the floor. The service light/warning light was also on the truck, something about the tires. They were nice enough to switch me to s different truck.Crysta C.

Location was fine. Gentleman was great to deal with. I got fraudulently charged for equiptment that was not provided by uhaul. After my reservation being cancelled when I mentioned the day prior to moving that the truck that was said to be available was not. Online states $50 for the error. That just means a rep cancels your reservation and hangs up on you. The second rep found one in a much smaller circle than â€œno trucks within 50 miles of youâ€ from the first rep. After rental I was told I'd be contacted within 48 hours disputing charge. I did not get a call I just got a charge that was still incorrect.Joseph D.

The reservation was originally generated in Blairstown NJ. A day prior we received a notification that we had to go to PA to get the truck 23 miles in the opposite direction of our move! I went to Ace hardware where we made the reservation and he was absolutely no help. He said he would have a truck hence the reservation and he did not! Why make a reservation then if you can't follow through. This was a huge inconvenience to have our entire reservation modified. The milage was not what we originally asked for as well as the location. Very disappointed with U-Haul will definitely reconsider going somewhere else next time! Also when I called the PA number the woman was not helpful transferred me to NJ office and Dawn was rude beyond measure. Never again! Customer service is lacking !CHARLES E.

Your customer service team in the East PA area are VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, INCENTIVE AND RUDE. From a $60 reservations I made and completed checked in on it, I ended up paying more than $200 (all because u-haul didn't have the equipment I reserved and pre checked out. The local pick up location was AWESOME, but the corporate customer service team ready left me with a CLEAR OBJECTIVE- NEVER EVER EVER TO USE U-HAUL AGAIN.jose S.
