The equipment was lak I'd oil from its tire. I wasn't able to use equipment after bringing it home and loading it. The guy was nice enough to call me back inform me the equipment was there.Tami D.

The gas tank was full and the truck was in good condition. The steering wheel was sticky and there were no regular dollies available (only an appliance dolly). The online pickup and drop-off was very tedious. To pick up i needed 2 references or a passport or an employer reference. Its a lot to prove that I'm paying for a service. Perhaps noting that pickup and dropoff could take upwards of 15-20 minutes would be valuable. Customers dont get that time at yhe rnd of the rental.THERESA N.

Have the reservation available when requested 1st wasent available at time I set it up. Second location I was referred to charged me yet there was no attendant so I couldnt get my rental then third location when returning my rental told me they would call me to discuss issues no call no final bill overdraw my account so I called customer service and was told management when call me regarding charges it's now been 3 days no call and my bank account is overdrawn due to uhaul company error this has literally been the worst experience I have had with a companySarah V.
I have a couple comments. First, I rented a 20 ft truck with a tow dolly. The sales rep asked if I was familiar with the dolly I and I replied yes but I would like a refresher. He walked away and I had to fend for myself. Second the wheels on the tow dolly were rusted. There were no alternatives to choose. The final comment was the gentlemen never told me what octane of gas to put in the truck. I tried calling customer service a few times during the trip but there was a wait. I never wanted to use Uhaul but a friend said her experience was pleasurable and I decided to take a chance. From a positive standpoint the truck operated very well and I didn't have any issues there. The customer service needs to improve drastically.Daniel S.

Quick service but attendant did not view truck with me. Uhaul itself had sloppy steering but fortunately we only put 16 miles with 2 trips so we weren't driving far. Both rentals this month with our move have tried to charge us an extra day for being a few hours late which I don't agree with. This was resolved both times when I spoke up but I don't think it should be a problem to return the truck a few hours late when the keys are going in drop box due to business being closed so obviously nobody else is renting it. At least charge by the hour or something not a full day! I lost an hour of my rental as well bc I was late picking up due to not being able to locate the pickup place but that wasn't accounted back. I've always used uhaul for my moving needs but if they continue with charging like they do; I may reconsider next time.Jennifer F.

I paid over 80 to not even get to use the truck, they stated that my card was declined and i had to come back. I called my bank and they took out over $121 from my bank account staring the "website is down" and tried to make me give them even more money in cash. I litter paid over over $80 just to drive less than 50 miles and not move. I am extremely dissatisfied, upset and feel cheated.James B.
There's only one person there to deal with UHauls. He's not very friendly and if you show up a bit late he'll just leave for his lunch break. Not very professional and not a very customer friendly atmosphere.Matthew W.
